RESUMPTION TIME IS HERE!
Happy New Year
to all our new and returning parents and students!
We are looking forward to a productive and fun filled year at Helen O'
Grady Drama Academy!
Did you know the prime aim of our programme is to empower our students by building confidence and communication skills? We do this
using an international drama programme which includes speech, movement and improvisation
Term 2 is always super exciting for all the age groups!
The highlight for our Lower Primary classes for
ages 5-8 and our Upper Primary classes for ages 9-12
will be Dress Up and Prop Days!
This means they have the chance to dress up as a character or bring a
prop to class which they can use to enhance their performance in either their
improvisation or their high impact activity - the imagination and creativity
that goes into the outfits and props is just fabulous!
Our amazing Youth Theatre students, ages 13 -18 will be
delving into some fabulous Mini Scripts and creating their own entertaining
improvisations!
Our Youth Theatre classes feature a dynamic, developmental
drama programme that ensures all students have a great time. No matter what
level a student starts at, our curriculum will greatly assist them in improving
their creativity, confidence and communication skills.
Classes have currently resumed at all our various centers in Port Harcourt.
